Return, exchange and refund terms

1. RETURN PROCEDURE

In exercising the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned in their original condition and packaging (the LETRANGE box and the shipping carton), accompanied by their purchase invoice or a copy in the event of a partial return. The return of a Product for exchange or refund is the responsibility of the customer. To do this, you must return the Products to us via our carriers of your choice, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from your notification of withdrawal.

We strongly advise you to take out the insurance offered by your carrier. You will be solely responsible for the return of the Products and LETRANGE PARIS cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, damage, sending to an incorrect address or delay in delivery of a Product.

Products purchased in LETRANGE stores cannot be exchanged or returned via the Site.

2. EXCHANGE

If you require an exchange, please contact Customer Service.
If the amount of the Product(s) chosen as a replacement is greater than the amount of the Product(s) returned, you will have to pay the difference in price by credit card using our secure payment service. Please note that we are unable to accept PayPal payments for the payment of any price difference following an exchange.
If the amount of the Product(s) chosen as a replacement has a value lower than the amount of the Product(s) returned, the price difference will be refunded to you by LETRANGE (it being recalled that for gifts, only the customer who purchased the gift can request a refund and have their bank account re-credited).
In case of exchange, the shipping costs of the first delivery will be refunded, but the shipping costs of the second shipment will be charged according to the chosen delivery method.
Please note that the exchange will be shipped within seventy-two (72) business hours from receipt of the product(s).

3. REIMBURSEMENT

In the event of a refund request, the latter will take place within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product(s). A confirmation email will be sent to you. The refund will then be made using the same payment method used when ordering and will be made in the same currency as that used when paying for the order.
